An existing 6,500 sf building was being considered for purchase by a prominant NY Veterinarian. After Preliminary Design plans done by Kenneth Siegel AIA were found to be achievable and desireable, the building purchase went forward. Mr. Siegel was then awarded the contract to provide Full Design and Contract Drawings services to the building's new owner. The interior went through a full demolition / clean-out, incl. some asbestos abatement.
